This pepper variety is grown in the western Spanish province
Extremadura. Fully ripe peppers are
dried and smoked at the same time.
Use: Great for Mediterranean cuisine,
Fried potatoes, Spanish French fries (Patatas Bravas) and white cabbage
suitable. It is also used in the production of chorizo.
